About us

Reading programs built around every child.

REPLAYS Read and Play School teaches children to read — in classes of three, through play, at exactly the pace each child needs.

Our story

Why we built a school around one skill.

REPLAYS Read and Play School serves families in Camambugan, Daet, Camarines Norte. We work with children in two groups: Little Readers, ages 3 to 5, and Growing Readers, ages 6 and up.

The school exists for one reason: reading decides everything else. Science, Math, social studies and written tests are all delivered in words, so a child who reads fluently can study anything. We use the School of Tomorrow curriculum, which moves each child at their own pace and builds mastery before moving on.

Our classes hold only three children because that is where real reading progress happens: every child reads out loud every session, and the teacher hears every stumble while it can still be fixed quickly.

The people beside your child.

Every REPLAYS teacher is trained in early literacy and chosen for patience first — because a child learning to read needs both expertise and warmth.

Early literacy lead

Specializes in phonics and pre-reading skills for ages 3 to 5 — letter sounds, rhymes and book habits taught through play, so formal school feels familiar from day one.

Comprehension and confidence

Works with Growing Readers, ages 6 and up — comprehension, vocabulary and reading aloud with confidence, turning school reading into something children enjoy.

How we teach

Three things we never change.

Three children per class

Every class is one teacher and three children, in both groups, every session. It is small on purpose: each child reads aloud daily and mistakes are corrected the day they happen.

Reading comes first

Every subject at school arrives in words. We build the reading foundation first — phonics, fluency, comprehension — so the rest of school becomes possible.

Character built alongside books

Kindness, respect, care and independence are taught as deliberately as reading. Parents tell us their children carry both home.

Our promise

What every REPLAYS teacher commits to.

Our teachers are chosen for patience and warmth first — parents say it in their reviews: loving teachers, never shouting. Here is what you can expect from the teacher sitting beside your child.

One dedicated teacher per group of three

Your child's teacher knows exactly what they could read last week, and what they are working on this week.

Patient, warm correction — never shouting

Loving teachers are the most valued thing at our school. Children are corrected kindly, the same day a mistake appears.

Mastery before moving on

Children continue at their learning pace and master a subject before the next level — flexibility built into how we teach.

Honest feedback to parents

You hear specifically what improved and what comes next — not a vague 'she is doing fine'.
